    Kat, You absolutely made me roll.  Didn't know how to describe it but the woman did sound like she was in a kitchen, possibly screaming over the dishwasher.  Said something about delivering documents or else.  Nonsense, stupid people looking for more stupid people that beleive their garbage.  But what diction!!!!!
