I was called several times this morning from  a guy claiming to be a Dan Benson.  He called me from (609) 566-3544.  He said he has papers to serve me with and wanted my address & phone number and place of employment, which I did not give to him.  He told me to call the firm at
(866) 454-7213 which he never gave me the firms name.  I think this is an intimidation tactic to repay an old payday loan.

I received a call from a Jarrett Johnson, telling me I was being served to call 866-454-7213.  I went online to find out about this  called company Accurate and it s said it was a online scam.

Received a call from here stating he was a detective with the sheriff's department. Upon looking this number up and seeing the other comments, how can someone fraudulently represent themselves as a police officer? That is a crime in itself.

I received a call from Ryan Harris stating that there was a claim against me. He needed me to call some company named accurate to discuss the claim. I didn't call. I recognized it as a scam from the start. So he has called me 3 times since and left different numbers for me to call 866-454-7213 and 855-814-1574. People when you are to be served by a process server they do not tell you they are coming.

It is against the law to impersonate a peace officer. Submit a claim to your local sheriffs office.

Accurate is a joke! They are fake! Don't pay them...don't answer their calls, simply ignore them. Pay day loans DON'T even go on your credit! they harass you, they will call all of your family--and the "Locator" is fake! there is no locator!!! I think the "locator" works at accurate! listen to the back ground when you call! i didn't pay this loan an they stopped calling! so stupid!
