I have been receiving thos calls from Evelyn Martinez saying that is a debt, but it dosent say from what company, so i said "Sorry shes not here" she gave me the message to call back 1-866-469-5724. So i have an Iphone & I Block this freaking Number... My Cellphone # is New and Is NOT on my name, so How the hell they find me and have my info?

This lady Evelyn Martinez is calling me and asking me for my last 4 of the soc sec and she told me that I owe some money to a company. She was very rude when I told her that I was going to call my lawyer she wants my physical address too. I told her I didn't owe to no one.  I told her this a robbery to peoples identity and bank accounts. So she hang the phone on me. Definitive this is a scam beware people with this calls.

I've been receiving calls from this number, they leave a message for me to call back.  I don't answer unknown calls.  I search this number and got here...

Ya estoy cansada de las llamadas de dicho número de teléfono preguntando por personas que ni conozco. Dicen que están cobrando una deuda. Una tal Barbara y unas cuantas cosa que ni se entienden.

Hello,I have received a few calls  from the telephone number 866-469-5724 asking for me about a debt collection .I dont have any debts with this company and I told them about it and they keep calling.I  dont want this people to keep calling me. I get my phone recently.

If they leave a message for someone else you can sue them and get paid up to 1500 bucks per message.  NEVER erase them.  Get a lawyer, if they're foolish enough to leave lots of messages, it can become a class action suit.  All they have to do is run a reverse directory to know you're not who they're seeking.  That's called due diligence and it's required by law.  Make them pay.

Im also from PR, I receved their call in spanish...dint understand the name of the place or who was speaking to me. She refused to tell me what the supposed debt was about, just that I NEEDED to give her my birthday and address  ..so I said month and date, she got angry and told me "Pues como no quieres dar tu informacion no te podemos ayudar" ...these people have a record of law suits for harassment qnd going against the  FDCPA y el TCPA.

received a call from this number, very rude woman stating me to call her, I dont called her due i dont know this number, I block the number on my phone.
