Says it is a REFUND REBATE MANAGEMENT CENTER... I wonder if it is some sort of collection agency..... It is impossible to ever get back to them after they call you.. I have tried numerous times and all I get is voice mail...

Got a couple messages saying i had a refund check for some tires I bought. Ive been getting calls telling me i needed to tell them where to send it. I havnt called them back. Ive also got a call telling me i had a refund check for a student loan. I called my student loancompany and they dont have any record of any kind of refund. Its probably some kind of scam.

Dave Brown from the Coniumer Rebate Company called to verify my address stating I was due a refund check in the amount of $360 for tires I purchased before 2006.  He requested I call back at 866-471-3206 to verify the address so they could get the check right out to me.  I've called twice, only get voice mail, left messages and no return calls have been received. Too good to be true hey?
