It is CVS Silverscript that checks to make sure you have up to date prescriptions

Answering Machine Identified Caller As " CVS Caremart Pharmacy", And Requested That I Give Them A Call Back Asking For Dorothy About Something For SilverScript ?  When I Returned The Call To The Number They Didn't Have A Clue As To Why I Was Calling But Wanted To Ask Some Questions Concerning My Prescriptions.

Wrong Thing Since I Told Them Since I Didn't Do Business With Them To Start With, I Sure Wasn't Going To Give Them A Damn Thing, Especially When I Didn't Know Who It Actually Was?

Even If It's Legitimate You Can Bet It's A Poor Way To Try And Run A Business, And I'll Make Sure To Never Trade With Them At All If This Is The Way They Work?

For those that are not aware, CVS/Caremark is a pharmacy/prescription benefit manager under the same umbrella as the corporate company, CVS Health. CVS Caremark manages insurance claims for insurance clients (ie. Medicare and your employer's prescription benefits) and also has a mailorder pharmacy. CVS/Caremark is a different subsidiary than CVS/pharmacy, although owned by CVS Health. CVS/Caremark has facilities across the nation. This number is legitimate.

Silverscript Insurance is a subsidiary of CVS Health who uses CVS/Caremark to manage their insurance claims.

Same phone number - two different calls and contact names and two slightly different reasons for the call - Medical - One referenced Medicare the other referenced Medicaid ???
