Yeah, scam. "Matter of importance" within 1 month after closing on a real-estate deal.

Received this scam mail 13 days after closing. States they have been trying to reach me “regarding a matter of importance as it relates to protecting your new mortgage.” Ha ha not going to fall for it!

Got this as well! Definitely a scam. Just reporting it here.

Yes, I got the same mail saying I requested a loan

Also got an unsolicited piece of mail telling us to call a number about our new mortgage.  threw it away  sketchy for sure

Received a piece of mail asking me to call 866-485-7244 because they’ve “been trying to reach me regarding a matter of importance as it relates to protecting my new mortgage.” No, I’m not buying what is probably fake mortgage insurance from a probably fake company.
