answered the call...no one there...caller ID showed CBS...Googled the number and apparently it is a ticket call center...showed rodeo tickets and New Years Eve tickets, etc....can barely afford to buy toilet paper let alone tickets for some event...just leave us the hell alone.

When the Hell does the do not call list work ?  CRTC still asleep on the job?  Pick up your hockey sticks we're marchin to Queens Park .Let's get rid of this [***] Liberal Government once and for all.

It only works when you and everyone else takes a minute to file formal complaints.  the agency does not know YOU are receiving illegal telemarketing calls UNTIL YOU REPORT THEM.

Same thing in the US. - just registering your number will stop most of the telemarketing calls, but there are those who do ignore the law, but nothing can be done if no one is bothering to report them.

Also remember the CROOKS will not abide by these laws either

I had the same call and he even called me by name. Where do they get all this iformation from.

I got several calls from this number. When I finally answered the phone today, I man was asking to talk to Geraldine Harrison. I told him there is nobody with this name at this number for more than 5 years. It must be a professional fundraiser using an outdatedt directory. I told him to erase this number from their list. As I receive calls from different callers asking for Geraldine Harrison there must be a lot of idiots out there who are not able to keep their caller list updated.

Don't blame Queen's Park ... this is regulated via the CRTC in Ottawa ... blame the Federal Conservatives for this screw up!!!!!!!

However if as some say this may be for some charity, I believe they are exempt from the DO NOT CALL list. You'd have to talk directly with them to request they take you off their calling list.

I am on the do not call list.  It is frustrating that I continue to get these calls at all hours of the day and late into the evening.

Just received a call 10 minutes ago, caller asked if I was there (first name only), I said yes, she said Hi, it's Megan.  I paused since I didn't know a Megan, and then there was a loud click. Since it seemed very strange I immediately googled the number....and here I am.

Receiving the same calls from this number.  Last night I was out so my husband answered the phone.  They asked for me by name and when he asked what I wanted they said to thank me.  For what?  I am calling them back this evening and asking to be taken off their list.  Lets see how this works.

Well, called them, got voicemail, said it was Mystique Marketing and to leave me number if I wanted to be put on the do not call list.  Left my number.  :)

It has the phone number 866-517-6336 and it is for the 2009 Western Rodeo Tour which had it's last Rodeo in September.  So who knows who they are telemarketing for now.

repeated calls from CBS using the 866-517-6336 number. message was left saying to call Dakar Group at 888-246-3871.
