I received a call from an unknown number and an automated voice left a message claiming to be CVS Caremark and requested I return their call. When I returned the call an automated voice answered, stated my name and asked me to say yes or no to verify I was calling back. I hung up because many scammers need to record you saying yes so they can claim you agreed to whatever scam they are running.

Missed a call from CVS Caremark about “Important Information”. Told me to call back and gave me a seven digit pin so they know it’s me? When I called back it was an automated voice asking to say me to say “Yes” or “No” to verify if I was calling back. They then asked me to put in my birthday but didn’t give me a format as other automated calls do so I got nervous and hung up. Not sure if it was a scam, but I’m expecting to get some other correspondence from CVS if there is important information for me to know. It was just weird.

No name on Caller ID.
Claimed to be CVS Caremark , we don't use CVS pharmacy.
Checking, it is a scam phishing for info and to hear yes.
Never say yes, just hang up

Got the call form this number and decided to call back. Confirmed my name by using the number 1 instead of yes / no. My company uses CVS/Caremark for our prescription drug coverage and this was actually a real call for one of my prescriptions that needed input from my doctor.

YMMV, but this wasn't a scam call when they called me.

Left a message with my name to call back a different TFN of 866-520-7789, then a recording that it did no recognize my phone number and to enter in the 7 digit pin they left in the VM.  Repeats the digits back and ask "is this correct".  Say yes and it just says it does not recognize the calling number and repeats.
