- SmartladyScammers! Don't call back the number and contact 1-800 Flowers direct if you suspect there may be an issue.

- DeanPlaced an order a couple of hours ago. Received voicemail message from this number with message that it was 1800flowers. Asked me to call back at that number, but referenced order number wasn't the same as confirmation email from 1800flowers. Definitely seems like a scam. No plan to call them back. 1800flowers can send me an email if they wish, and as others have said, if anything, I'd call 1800flowers using the number listed on their website, not this unknown number.

- RebeccaTOTALLY A SCAM!!! I received a call from 1-866-521-8030 and left a VM stating that there was a problem with my order (gave a fake order number) and said to call back a a completely different number than which they called from - said to call back to 1-888-852-0405. This number is not currently in service. Called 1-800-Flowers and confirmed that 1-866-521-8030 is actually a number associated with them (it's their priority customer service line) but the 1-888-852-0405 is NOT associated with them. Really concerned with the fact that someone is calling from an associated line with 1-800-Flowers but it is actually a scam! BE AWARE!!!! Always call 1-800-flowers back through 1-800-flowers and never through the number they provide you in a VM.

- Sue HThis really is 1800flowers. I placed an order and they wanted to update me on delivery status. They also call the recipient if they attempted to deliver. So many of you who said you hadn't placed an order, maybe you were the recipient.

- Kat| 1 replyI received a call from this number, 866-521-8030. I did order flowers for my sister (bday). I was concerned about the call. So I research the number which led me here. My question is, if this is a scam how would they have gotten our phone numbers? Has 1800flowers been hacked all this time? My computer was hacked not too long ago so I really am concerned. Please, does anyone have any thoughts?

- BrendaI didn’t recognize the number and let it go to vm. I ordered from 1800-FLOWERS 15 minutes prior to the call. After listening to the vm from the 866.521.8030 number, it was a legitimate call, with a reference # for the call placed (meaning it would differ from the order#, but is still attached). They couldn’t fulfill my order, gave me other delivery options, but I declined and requested to be reimbursed.

- Naomi| 1 replyThis is a legitimate phone number for 1-800-flowers. I got a voicemail and an email and yes, the reference number is not the same as the order #. The email explained the issue and I called *this* number. Perhaps they use an out of country service to make their calls but when I called this number I got an American English speaker and when the phone tree initially picked up it identified that I had reached 1-800-flowers.

- MikeHuntleton replies to NaomiScammers spoof legitimate company numbers/names to phish personal info they will use to try stealing money with. This number has reports of both legit and scam calls, so no one can guarantee ONLY 800-Flowers is the caller.
Call 1-800-FLOWERS (800-356-9377) to find out if someone sent you something or if you placed an order, that they are the ones who called.
Never trust a caller to be who they claim, always call from an official number to verify if they did. - It is a scamOrdered flowers from 1800flowers yesterday. Wake up to a message from 866-521-8030 saying that there's a problem with my order today. Totally different order number than the one I got from 1800flowers though. And these guys are trying to sound legit, same hold music as 1800flowers and everything. But I played with em for a little and they even tried telling me that my order was coming from Harry and David! I live in Aberdeen, SD folks! They've never even heard of Harry and David. Love it! Hate it!

- KrisThey gave me a fake order number, that's the first thing that stood out, it was nothing like my actual order #. I also got the call 3 hours after I got the email from 1-800flowers that my flowers had been delivered... The first thing the woman asked me when she answered the phone after the *wait music* was for my date of birth. I asked why would you need that? I'll give you my confirmation number instead, and she didn't seem to know where to go from there. Unfortunately I did confirm my name to them because at the time I was confused myself. I gave no other information so I am hoping I'm fine but I'm wondering how these *scammers* seem to have all of these customers' phone numbers who placed an order from 1-800Flowers.
- ErinI have been called by two different numbers within the last few minutes who left voicemails saying there was something wrong with my flower order, with the wrong order #. When I called back, it was clearly a call center that was NOT 1-800-Flowers, and was clearly a scam. When I called the actual 1-800-Flowers to verify nothing was actually wrong with my order, they weren't very helpful or concerned that they were being impersonated, but I'd like to know how these scammers know enough to know that I made an order, even if they don't have the details. Seems like there may be some sort of breach.

- RyanOkay this is confusing. Like others here, I got two calls in a row from someone who was struggling to speak english about an issue with an order I had placed last week to be delivered yesterday. It sounded like an obvious scammer. I called 1-800-FLOWERS directly instead of calling them back. I was told that the calls WERE legit, and that for some reason my flowers had been delivered to my step mother without my name listed, so she had called them requesting to know who sent them. Unfortunately my stepmother doesn't speak to me, so I couldn't confirm it with her, but I did get an email showing they were delivered. I thought FOR SURE the people here that were saying the number was legit WERE the scammers themselves, but 1800FLOWERS told me the calls were legit. I had to check 20 times to make sure I was calling the right number (I was), because this all feels so fishy. But apparently the calls were legit after all. I've ordered flowers before so I have no idea why they were delivered anonymously. Odd.
- EmGot two calls (one right after the other) from 786-603-6179 then one from 866-521-8030. I live in Florida but nowhere near Miami (the 786 area code) so didn’t answer. None of the calls left messages so assume it’s a scam.

- Aben017Received a phone call from 1-866-521-8030 saying they were with 1-800-Flowers. I had just placed an order about 30 minutes prior. The accent of the caller was heavy and I was unable to fully confirm what all he was saying. The order number he referenced was nowhere near my confirmation email from 1-800-Flowers and I couldn’t find the return number he provided (1-866-521-8030) anywhere on the 1-800-Flowers website. Called 1-800-Flowers customer service line directly and they confirmed there was no problem with my order. I believe the voice message I received was a scam.

- Ron BThis was a legit call from 1-800-Flowers following up on a couple of orders of flowers I purchased for my Mom & wife (Mom's Day). We had a challenge with 1 of the orders which they fixed by sending a 2nd bouquet at no cost plus an additional 20% off coupon for my next order. They were calling to see that we were satisfied.
