Recording asking me to call Clearwire.  Assuming regarding a past fdue balance.

This is a new cell number for me, but the woman that evidently had the number before I did owed a lot of money.  They call repeatedly daily.  Initially, I answered the call and informed them that I was not who they were looking for--they told me they would remove my name from their list...

It's 2 months later and they haven't.  Its freaking annoying.

This is clearwire calling for unpaid debt.

recording calls my cell phone 4-6 times a day and asks to call CLEAR (they changed name)  I talked to rep and said that they cant use this phone number and then talked to their supervisor and requested to contact me by mail only. They both agreed but still calling me. They disconnected my service a moth ago but kept charging me.

I WAS a CLEAR customer and received an email stating credit card expired. I added new card and got email stating account updated and will be billed. I was overseas and when I came back to the USA, I was shocked to see the number ot calls CLEAR made to my phone. I received 64 phone calls in a week ranging from 8am to 11pm. Because of their terroristic and harrasing tactics I cancelled my service. They know they were violating the law calling 8-10 times a day over a $46.61.
