They've been calling me almost every day for the last week.  No idea who they are...never leave a message.  I can't find any information for this number.  Hope they stop soon!

If you don't answer the phone They speak french for about a minute until the message is cut off by the time limit given by call answer service. If spoken english press 2 was left by the message.

This person(s) calls me eight to ten times per day! I do not answer the calls as I will not talk to antone I don't know. The call starts in english, swiiches to french and then back to english. etc. etc..
Most annoying to say the least.

I keep getting a call from 866-532-6071 saying "Hello, this is CNS with just two quite questions"  I then hang up.  Not sure who they are, can anyone advise?

The call is an automated survey for residents of Ontario, from a company in Montreal, Quebec.  The company is Jolicoeur & Associates, 370 Rachel East, Montreal, Quebec, H2W 1E9.  Their telephone number is 1-800-636-3106.  I called the 1-800 number, pressed *1 for English, and waited online until I got a "live" person at the other end.  I asked that they take me off of their call list and gave them my telephone number.  If they call again, I'll call them again.  I can be equally annoying.  :)

Call in approx 1800hrs EST - Saturday 2011 -  repeated auto dialler with pre recorded message without business name - without age appropriate settings or guidelines for qualifications of survey. No moderator for accuracy an no disclaimer for purposes of released information. No release code for agreement for subject taking survey . In breach of DNC lists contact.
