I also received a call from this number.  Wanted $599 to sell my timeshare.  Said it would sell for around 23,000.  Also mentioned renting it.  Said it would probably sell within 3 months.  Has anyone ever actually dealt with this company?

I got a call from the same #. Same scenario,he also mentioned upcoming events, such as the Super Bowl & Daytona 500. My opinion it is to late to book for those. The call was on 01-09-09.

I just received a phone call today about selling my time share.  They asked me for $750.  I tried to look them up on on the Better Business Bureau website.  I haven't found anything yet.  I'll keep on looking.

    Horrible!
Fraudulent, thieves! will lie & say anything to get your money. Their goal is to take your money not sell your timeshare. They have the most agressive staff hounding you daily to sign on promising to sell your timeshare within a month, if not they will give you your money back. BIG LIE! When 30 days come around & you ask for your money back then they'll tell you, you had 3 or 7 or 10 days (depending on Kevin White's mood) to get your money back. Seeking a lawyer to sue these criminals!

    Regarding Rental
I was charged a fee upfront and never recieved any results as promised. Each time I called, I was given misinformation. This is fraud.

    Very Disappointed
After taking my money they basically ignored me. When I did finally get their attention they were rude and arrogant. Save you money. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
Look elsewhere for you time share buying/renting/selling needs.

There are two companies called Timeshare Relief, Inc, one in Nevada and one in California......

These people sound like the type of people who call after a spouse has died and want to buy your house.

    Use COMMON SENSE,  please.

Got sucked in also to the same line a year ago, nothing happened, then just got called back with the line they were having a disney world fair and could get it done if I re-upped the expired listing for another fee.  Stupidly did it for a discount with no call back or results.

They are a SCAM COMPANY. DIDN'T EVEN LIST US IN THE BOOK WE PAID FOR.

I got a voice mail from these people yesterday.  Will not be returning their call.

For all those above who got scammed, you have my sympathies.  But this is a prime example of why the fine folks at Timeshare Users Group ( http://www.tug2.net and http://www.tugbbs.com/ ) advise that you NEVER pay an upfront fee to sell your timeshare.  Instead, if you go through a real estate agent, only deal with companies that will take a commission after the sale.
