- Gugineal| 1 replyWe get a call from them about 8 times a day. When I answer, you can hear the system try to transfer my call to an operator, but it fails and hangs up. Super annoying. Does anyone know who the number is registered to now? Is it still AT&T?
- NotHappyCallerCalled with no hello in the first 5 sec.. Called back she says her name and asks mine and my number, I say interesting I was calling you because you called me....and I need to know what company it is. She says against policy to say until after I give my information. sombody want to tell us who this number belongs to she said HCT at one point.....I doubt that to be real.

- DiJust started getting calls from this number a few days ago. Calls several times a day and never leaves a message. When I do answer, no body is there or at least no one answers me saying hello. Very annoying. I called it back yesterday and the lady told me they are a call center that handles personal business matters. Whatever. Would not tell me if it was a collections agency or anything.
- Chuck Haddockno message
- Brit replies to meliI called back on this number and the first thing it says is this entire call may be recorded
- MMSI get multiple calls daily from this number. As many as 8 in one day about an hor or two hours apart. There is never anyone there when I have answered. They never leave a message. Starts as early as 8am and calls go as late as 8 or 9pm at night. It is beyond harassment. It is summer and my kids sleep in but have been awakened numerous times by these annoying calls!!
- Anna replies to AlvinThey called me at 6:36am!!!
- LeeI have gotten calls from this number and from (866) 478-4757. Both never leave a message and if I try to call either one back I can't get through or I get told by auto voice that the calls are being recorded then immediately out on hold for their next rep. I waited for 5 min and hung up. If it was important I would think they would answer the call or leave message. My feeling are that it has to be some scam company that is even too lazy to do their scamming lol.
- Caller: No idea
- ShawnNot sure. They apparently don't listen to my voice mail and seem to think there is someone on the phone after it says to leave a message. Last time, they just said my wife's name and sat there forever without saying anything else. I have blocked them.
- Caller: ?
- Not answeringCalled my landline today, June 24th 2016 @ 2:50 PM and CID displayed "Unavailable 866-534-3755" and as usual, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. I dont answer my phone from numbers that I dont reconize, regardless who is calling, especially if my CID displayes Unavailable, private caller, out of area or anything else.

- WolfEyes replies to MeI don't have any past due bills or loans or anything like that. I'm debt free.
Do they pay you by the hour or by salary to shill? Inquiring minds want to know. - ShillKill replies to MeHey weasel, problem is folks posting in the thread claim calls before 8 AM and not one of the indicated owing a bill. BTW, your welcome to attempt to make me shut up any time you feel froggy, just saying.
- BigA replies to Me| 2 repliesWait, is JC penny still in business? I thought they went bankrupt with the rest of the overpriced mall stores?
- WolfEyes replies to BigAYes, they are with physical stores, too.
http://www.jcpenney.com/Quote:n 2006 the company announced a partnership with Sephora, a cosmetics chain, to open Sephora outlets inside select J.C. Penney stores. In 2008 it launched the American Living brand, a line of clothing, accessories, and home decor developed by the American fashion designer Ralph Lauren. Later brand additions include Linden Street home furnishings and several clothing lines for juniors and young men, notably Fabulosity, by American fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons. A significant percentage of J.C. Penney’s revenue was from online purchases by the 2010s, and the company discontinued its catalog sales.

The closest one to me that I know of is in the Washington Square Mall, OR. I shopped there last year while I was replacing my wardrobe. - William replies to BigAYears ago JCPenney, along with Sears and Montgomery Ward, were middle-class-price stores.
But I think they got more prpfit from the revenue from their revolving charge accounts than they got profit from the sale of actual merchandise. When the banks began relaxing credit standards and issued credit cards willy-nilly, and customers began demanding those stores accept Visa and MasterCard, the revenue from the revolving charge accounts vanished. Those credit cards are revolving charge accounts themselves, and the banks that issued them got the interest. WalMart also began expanding about that time and those three chains' clothing and small appliance sales took a hit. Later Best Buy rolled in selling appliance ... too much local competition. - Chewbacca-the-Wookie replies to MeI already paid Bill. Borrowed 3 bucks from him once for a hot dog and a Coke. Gave him a 5 and told him to keep the change.
