Acorn Stairlift

I do business with Acorn Stairlifts but if the company is not identified on the caller ID- other than toll free- I do not answer .  Too many crank calls, scams, sales.  they called and the phone rang 15 times.  a short pause and the same thing again AND then again.  3 in a row!.  This will be brought to their attention the next time our lift is serviced.  SHAME!!!!

Persistent harassing calls from Acorn Stairlift.

It IS Acorn. They have very well-spoken people who call after your chairlift has been installed, and try to give you a great service deal for $900 or so. The salesperson is polite but persistent. I blocked this number for obvious reasons. No means no but not to Acorn. We were tod the thing was GREAT by the guy who sold it to us so WHY would we want to part with that kind of money for service we do not yet need?

The caller might be also be showing a name and phone number that your recognize in your caller ID.   These service scams are very popular with the crooks who work the "Elder" market.  You have to be careful these days....

Acorn Stair lift. Last year they called and ask they should come out and look n at the lift I said do you give annual inspections. They not any more. This year they about coming out for annual inspection I said no  somebody just call and hung up when they heard my voice

Acorn. Can never get ahold of them to get service done, but 30 seconds after your warranty is up, they never stop calling. It took them 3 months to send someone out to fix a stair lift and it took them 5 minutes to fix. Second time, they never showed. with that horrible of service, no way am I paying $900 for that. I fixed it myself with a little help from Google. Blocked.
