What happened to no call list

Got a letter from US airlines saying that I won two round trip airline tickets and that they have been trying to reach me and gave the the phone # 866-568-0147 to call. The letter was signed Jill Taye, vice president of U.S Airlines.  I googled the phone number to see WHO or WHERE this was coming from.

I received a letter in the mail today, handwritten envelope and fake-looking US Airways letterhead, stating I have "qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets.  Congratulations."  This letter is signed Jill Taye, but the number listed is different--1-866-803-0250.  I called via *67 and received a nice pre-recorded message from a British lady prompting me to hold until I was connected to a travel agent.  I can't imagine this being a scam.  </sarcasm>
