This is Cash Yes.  I regretfully took out a payday loan a while back.  Now they call my cell phone and work phone almost every day.  Granted it was paid back, so now they want to offer me some great deal on a new loan.  Not happening.

I'm glad I foud your feedback.  Same thing happened to me even after the loan was paid in full when I arranged it to be paid. This loans should be a one time emergency option.  Not an ongoing source of money.  Once the loan is repaid, the CashYes company should leave people alone.

This is Cash Yes.  If they are dishonest about representing themselves in their phone messages, then think twice before doing business with them again.  When leaving a message, they give out different names for their company. HUMMMM.....

I received a call/voice mail on my cell today.   I was given this number to call.   The caller also gave me another # to call 1st.....866-568-2209....which is Cash Jar.   I did deal with Cash Jar, and had no problems with them.   BUT.....if I have a further need...........I'll contact them.  Contacting me isn't going to make me take another loan (even with offers!) when it's not necessary.   Helped when I needed it....DON'T need it now!  ;)

I've delt with a couple of these cash advance places. This one I used over a year ago and agin recently. They are the best I have come across. They have always been nice and polite and if you are having trouble paying off the loan they will work with you. Most places wont. Do your research before you sign up with these places. Honestly a little marketing for previous customers is not a bad thing. All companies do it. You can ask them not to call and they will stop.

Good point Heather, I thought they were a good company to deal with as well and it is common practice to call past customers to try to get additional business.  It isn't at all like the 5 other spam calls I get a day from unknowns that call every hour at times.  I think they will stop calling if you ask.

Cash Yes. I took out a payday loan some time ago, paid it all back and took out another with the same lender. Worked out with no issues (I needed the $$ at the last minute). Thing is, while I was working with trying to find a good lender, through Money Mutual, I was sent to the Cash Yes page and exited, I didn't want to do business with them. Now they call me non-stop offering me some deal, but it's not happening.

Yes, it's them Cash Yes [***]!!!!!  Like others on this thread, I also paid off my loan in full and as agree upon, but yet these fools still on calling to offer me deals!  Cash Yes needs to understand that if I want a loan, then I will call THEM and then they can offer me a deal on it.......big stupid dummies!!!

Advice to Cash Yes.....  Predatory lending, which your approach is a form of, will only cause you to LOSE customers, not retain them!

They do not work with you. I read my contract and asked for an extension due being out of work for a week sick. They said they would not extend to the next payday and if the funds where not in my bank they would send me to collections...I knew better, I should have just made arrangements with my power company instead of using this company.

"What a "scam"!! my 800 dollar loan turned into 2400 dollars, with there fees interest, and other hidden charges.  I paid them back, and they call me almost every day for a further loan.  I can see why, they made a huge amount of money from me.  amscot is a better choice, so is making arrangements with your bill collectors.  I would never use them or any other company like them again.  Talk about being "preditory".

unwanted calls to my cell phone ,and my work cell phone, which I don't even know how they got that number.  When they say the company they're calling from, I can't even understand what they're saying.

This number keeps calling me.  who is it?
