    I had a problem with the delivery of my morning newspaper three days ago. This phone number (which displayed on my phone as "TOLL FREE SERV" ) called today and left an automated message asking me to let them know if I was not receiving the paper.

    I think several newspapers use this service to followup with customers who have previously reported a problem.
