This is a new twist on a tired scam!! Get a call from an unknown number with the usual you will be served at your residence or place of employment and your case will go to court, blah, blah blah
I called back and went off!!! I’m sick & tired of these BS SCAM CALLS!!!!!!

I got the same call today. Seemed like a scam to me by the message that was left.

She was supposed to serve my husband between 3pm-5pm today...well, it's 5:15pm and I'm home all day. No one has come a-knockin'! Can't wait to see if she calls tomorrow and tries to say that she made an attempt to serve the papers today. I will absolutely be answering and calling her out on her scam.

Called me was rude and said I wasn’t credit worthy and I opened a loan when I didn’t. She then said I would be served through my county and I was upset.

I got a call from this number 507-216-9847 that they were proceeding blah blah to call the 866 number above.  SCAM
