I am so glad I found this post.  They called me two weeks ago and again today.  They say they are with Yellow Pages Online and  I'm sure I have never heard of them before yet they claim I owe them $900.00.  I keep getting calls from Price Brown.  This is a scam!

Today they emailed an invoice to me demanding 950.00.  Apparently they are now using an address in New York.  100 Walnut Street, suite 302, Champlain New York 12919.  The invoice they sent me had no logo or company identifiers.  They had my first name but not my last and an incomplete address.  Total scam.  What losers!

You don't have a contract with them - and despite their claims to the contrary, a person saying "yes" on a recording (which they manipulate to make it sound like you've agreed to the contract) is NOT legally admissible in a court of law.  Report to the BBB, the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  You could also call your local police department as this is fraud.

They have called a few times.  They said they will not release who said "yes" until I pay.  Then the FCC will charge me 12.99 for a copy of it.  I told them how was I suppose to know if the person who said yes acctually could say yes.  He said it wasnt his issue.  So i asked him to fax me the the invoice. I will then be turning it over to the police.  I am not going to pay.  They said its in the City Yellow Pages book.  I have no copy of that book.

DONT PAY THEM.

Tell them you will be more than happy to call them back on your cell phone to record them.

They are scammers - if you do come back and read this - a recorded "manipulated" conversation does not make a binding contract that would be upheld in a court of law.  Report the callers to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  Your boss should understand you're being harassed by scammers - he will NOT be going to court.  They frighten people into paying for bogus listings.  You do NOT owe them anything.

Typical scammer ploy - they refuse to MAIL you proof of the debt until you pay - it doesn't work that way - if they can't send you proof that you signed a contract to order the ad, they're trying to scam you.  Report calls to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  A verbal contract does not hold up in court.  Even if they apparently have you on tape, what they've done is "copy and paste" so it makes it sound like you're agreeing to their "services".

this number keeps calling and claiming that we signed up for an online yellowpages listing.  we never have they just won't stop.  I have yelled and screamed and told them we went out of business everything under the sun, they just won't stop.  How do I make it stop they are driving me nuts.  I'm to the point now that I demanded them sending me a very detailed invoice via snail mail cause I wasn't giving up my fax or email or any other important information for them to harass us more.

This fake company keeps trying to rip us off as well, I have decided to just keep calling them and leaving messages for no real reason other than waste there time,  please do the same and maybe they won't have as much time to rip people off.

They have been calling our office for more than a month now and even though the number is different I think it is the same ppl. He calls himself Mr. Kelley and gave me his number today at 8668173906 ext. 203. My manager has spoken with him several times and he continues to call us back again and again and as far as we know we have never agreed to anything to begin with. We are looing for ways currently to get him to stop calling because we can barely get anything done with his persistant calls.

I just got a call today saying im under verbal contract to pay over $800 to this company. When I paid off Yelow pages Solutions, Yellow Pages United, and now its (JUST) Yellow Pages. Im am getting sick and tired of getting calls for a voice recording that was suppose to be back in 2009. And I Cancelled and have a cancellation number. I WANT IT TO STOP.

"Rick Adams" has been calling us claiming to be an attorney for Yellow Pages, saying we owe him all kinds of money.  We tell him we know he's a scam as we have never done business with Yellow Pages.  He gets really mad and says he's going to take us to court, take all our assets, ruin our credit etc.  He told us he will send the sheriff's office after us.  We told him to do what he has to do.  He gets really mad and everyone at the office has a good laugh about it.

If he calls you, it's best to make him as mad as possible.

They are collection calling us saying we signed up for service, already made a payment and now want the balance due. Gave me the last 4 digits of our bank account number & name of our bank but for some reason, could not give me the amount we supposedly already paid, check number or when it was paid so I could find this payment. I have found other sites with lots of people saying these people call out of the blue & want $$$ and threaten to send you to collections. Told the guy that without a contract we weren't paying anything. He says that he couldn't have gotten our bank information out of the blue so obviously it wasn't a scam and I told him it's actually quite easy to get the last 4 digits of any account number and that we were disputing this and to go ahead to send to their legal department.

We got a charge out of our account from someone called LETS FETE, for $204.52.  I get calls from random 866 numbers but not this particular one.  I just do not know what this charge is and when I googled LETS FETE it shows some company in new york.  I am in Georgia not New York.  My husband called to dispute the charge with the bank and the gentleman said it was an ACH done with the routing and account number.  We told him that we rarely use checks and that we pay all bills with our debit card and this is not a charge we initiated....
ANY HELP OR INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!

Ask your bank to do an ach affidavit, you will have your money back in 24-72 hrs
