Called three times and left a msg:  This is Providence Homes Services calling about your supplies refill.  If you are not this person please ask them to come to the phone.  Please call us back at 1-866-982-9615. Repeated twice.
This Health Plan does not call you to refill supplies.

Same as above.  Providence Home Services calling about your supplies refill.  Providence does not call re refills.

Same as above.  Providence Home Health Care won't call you when it's time for new equipment, you contact them.  This is another scam.  They also wanted to know the 4 digits of my birth year.  What's that about?  So far I have received 4 calls in 1 week.  No live person, just automated.  I blocked their number right away.

Definite Scam - Asks for personal data and then states that is not valid a number - please enter your pin number; this is usually your birth-date. Another website listed this number as a Safe Caller - it is not.

Scam call regarding your social security number.
