Calls about financial services and needing you decision.  When you call back you get a prompt asking you to enter your "account number" or "SSN."  DO NOT INPUT YOUR SSN, this is probably just a scam to get people social security numbers.

Westlake Financial called my dad and left a message onthe phone. They were asking about a car loan where he was a cosigner. They knew his name and phone number the female in which the loan was in was not familair since my elderly dad does not have a car loan. this number was provided. when I called it all they wanted was the SS number

I have gotten 2 calls from this number. The first was a week ago, it shows up private number, the lady was of obvious hispanic descent and left a message saying it was my neighbor and there is an issue needing to be resolved immediately with 8665841284 as the call back number. I received a 2nd call last night saying they had an urgent need to speak with me (same lady) and to call the same 866 number. I only have one line of credit open with a local company. For informational purposes I live in Eugene, OR.

This company keeps calling my phone leaving messages for a person i knew when i was still in the Marine corps. i have repeatedly told them i dont have any contact with him any more and to stop calling my phone number and leaving messages on my phone. i asked for the company's name, and the person over the phones name his responds was i will tell you if you tell me who gave us your number.

866-584-1284 keeps calling looking for Anette, there is noone by that name living here or has ever lived here...

Got a suspicious call from 866-584-1284 asking for my name. I asked who it was and he said the number was given as a reference and I again asked who is calling and he promptly hung up. Scammer probably trying to steal people's private info

Message left by a live caller; pleasant; mild American Black accent.   Left his name and company name but he spoke too fast to understand either.   Knew my name, asked for callback.  Did not leave reason for call.  Suspect it was debt collector trying to track down someone with same name.  It happens.

The caller who introduced himself as Juan Perez knew my name. I asked him where he was calling from and why? He would only say Westkake Financial. He wanted my social security number and I said absolutely not. I told him to lose  my number as I was going to file a police report for harassment. He called me by my name and asked if I was her and I said no. He said he would try again. He hung up. The noise in the background sounded like It was in an apartment as I heard other people talking and child like noises. I called the number back and a Hispanic woman picked up, I related the same message to her about filing a police report if they did not lose my number so she said she would remove the number off the file. I then blocked this number on my Mobil phone.
I will file a lawsuit if this continues.

Twice within the past week, some guy, "Anthony Morales" at this number, x2179, won't give any information, continues to expect my call (don't hold your breath, buddy), has called me.  I feel like telling him to go take a flying leap but then I'd have to call back.  We haven't gotten to any asking for information, but it just sounds like a scam (and this is the website that Google pointed me to first) trying to urge me to call back.  Just adding my name to the list of people being harassed at this number.  I'd file a BBB claim but I can't seem to find the local (Orlando, FL) number to contact for this.

Do you have a loan with them?  If not, then instead of wasting your time with the BBB, I suggest you make reports at the following two agencies that have real law enforcement powers and since you can file complaints online you don't need a phone number:

Woman calling, made a point of saying that the call is being recorded, and asked for someone we've never heard of with our last name. Told her there was no one here by that name, and the call ended there.

Called today and when I answered they said nothing and then hung up.. Called them back and it said Westlake financial .. They still said nothing.. I hung up. I do not have a car note or cosigned for anyone. If they continue I will file a complaint

They called cell phone, consistently, left no message. Returned call, but when did, said they were closed, call back at 5 a.m. PST. Said was Westlake Financial Services. They are based out of L.A., CA. Alternate# 888-893-7937. Online says they are Auto Loan/Dealership. They allow payments online.

Well, I called the# back during normal operational hours. A Robert answered, or so he said. He asked for my first/last name. I informed him that I was not at liberty to divulge that intel, given I have limited intel on them/what it was pertaining to. Even though I called blocked, he asked for a Richard. I informed him there wasn't any Richard affiliated with my cell phone. He said he'd removed my# from his contact list. We'll see. Hmm?

You cannot block your phone number from being seen when calling a toll free number.

They have called me at least a 100 times from different numbers I didn't have a loan with them and my name was not on any paperwork and the person they are blowing me up for is deceased and his mom already told them that. It's usually a Hispanic lady she says from Westlake financial but it always sounds very unprofessional you can hear traffic, kids crying or can't hear them. I'm over all the calls

I have no clue who this company is,but i would love to file harassment charges against them.

Since all of that information has already been posted in this thread I have to wonder why you still don't have a clue?
