Got a voicemail from this number--Accounts Recovery Burean (ARB).  It's a medical bill collection agency.

Getting calls from this number. Only silence when I answer. On occasion, they will call back.

Same as above - only silence when answer.  When answering machine picks ups, an electronic message is left about debt collection efforts - I have no debts so assume this is a scam.

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone but do not answer it.  I don't know how they got my cell phone number to begin with unless they are just randomly calling numbers.

This is most likely an auto dialer used to confirm your line is an active number. Typical when your Debit/Credit card info has been compromised  Out of curiosity - anyone in the Daytona Beach area ?

Scam. Tried to get my credit card info via voice message for me to call back. Always Google unknown numbers first before answering let alone calling.

Just called me and asked me to verify my sons birthdate and SS# before they would even tell me anything or who they were. I didnt give the info and i hung up on them.

Please stop the harassing calls.

call and do not leave a message.  I called back and they said they were Arcadia but would not give any more information until I gave my phone number.  I hung up!@

Every morning for the past 6 months i get a call from them and when i answer there is silence its probably some scam so don't answer just keep on ignoring them

They call me everyday for the last month, I do not answer but they still call...

Call came through as Xfinity contact that I have in my phone. Apparently this happened several times today with no messages. I had my ringer muted and did not realize this. But when I looked at the number it was this 866#. I answered thinking it was Xfinity because we have had trouble with our service. A woman with a very thick accent. Said something and I couldn't understand her when I asked her to repeat it she said something else I could not understand and then my name. I said yes it was me. She said I was to please giver her my Date of Birth, Day Month and Year. I said excuse me could you repeat that. She said she was calling from Arcadia Recovery Bureau and she needed me to give her my DOB. I said I do not give out that information over the phone. I asked what it was in reference to and she said she couldn't tell me till I gave her my DOB. I said I can't give it to you over the phone, but, you can send me something in the mail to validate who you are and why you need this information from me. And then I will have your address and your number so I can contact you. And she said, "Oh so you are refusing, ok, that is all and hung up. Her evasiveness as well as her refusal to speak clearly when identifying herself or when speaking accept for the request of my name and DOB made me doubt she was legitimate. Plus the call comes up as being one of my contacts already in my phone makes me believe this is a scam. However if they are legitimate I will document every time they call me. Every time they refuse to send me something by mail, to validate whatever it is that they are calling about, and then I will report them. If anything shows up on my CR the CRA better hope this is legitimate. Or that they take it off if I dispute it because I will be suing someone! I do have a question that I can't seem to find. Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction or answer this....Should I call the real Arcadia Recovery Bureau and find out if they are trying to contact me? Or will this just encourage the calls?

This number calls everyday. Will not verify who they are or what company they are with and tell me it's a personal business matter and will keep prying to get your name last four of your social and address. This is a scam and the people who call are very nasty about it if you won't give them your information

Someone by the name of Jason called and asked for me, I said this is she how may I help you... He then says are you receiving mail at this address and I asked who he was and he said I'm calling about a personal business matter, I informed him to mail a letter and see if I respond since he didn't want to give me any info, he replied nasty we already have... I don't have a clue on who they are so I just hung up.  I have never had a company call me and not identify who they are so it sounds fishy to me!!! I will add them to my block list

Just received a call from this number this evening..about 10 to 8pm.  Very evasive about what it was about..just hung up
