Was charged on my Visa card and have no idea who they are.
I called the number and it doesn't say who they are and what they do.
They refer to themselves as customer support.

why the hell is this being allowed?  to anyone?  why the hell are the CC companies allowing this

Was charged $69.00 on my credit card from this number.  Don't know who this is and have not received a refund.  Does anyone know who this company is.

I got a $69 charge on my Visa too and I am pissed!  I have called the # and got the stupid machine. My bank told me to dispute it.  Dispute it with who?  How the hell are they getting these account numbers?

I was charged $69 on my Visa card and also could not find out who called.  I got an overdraft on my account which alerted me to it.  My bank gave me this phone number to call and all I got was a machine saying they were customer support.  I don't know who they are and could never got a real person to talk to.  I am trying to get a refund.  We'll see....

I was charged $69.00 on my Visa card and couldnt find out what this company is or how they got my information.  Called the number and got customer support and something about a "welcome kit" gave me a customer transaction number and said my account would be refunded.  time to talk to the bank fraud squad again

And how many of you tried the Cigarrest quit smoking system?  If you Google a scam called "LE *LIVING ESSENTIALS" I think you will find exactly the same scam from Cigarrest dated April 2008.

(My Bank of America covered the $69.00 until LE *BETTER LIVING sends the refund.)

This was a promotional thing that came if you ordered cigarest on line atleast that is what I was told....I know I got hit this week and right now I am 120.00 overdrawn in the back in overdraft fees because of it
