Have been receiving calls from this number asking for a Danny McWilliams stating 'important business'.  When I returned the call I requested my number be removed from their call list & a very rude woman yelled "Stop screaming in my ear first".  I hung up.  Moments later my phone rings, the caller ID reads 'private caller'.  The same rude woman says "Give me your number if you want it removed you ignorant [***]".  I am not kidding.  I then aske dfor the name of the company for which she works & she refused, yelling "You give my your number".  Again I hung up.  As of this posting have not heard back but will now continue to spread the word far & wide!

rec'd a voicemail telling me I was a person of interest in a very important matter, it told me to call them back and refer to a case number and that failure to do so would result in further proceedings.  It's a shame they can actually scare people with these tactics.

I've been dealing with someone at the same phone number. They are harrassing debt collectors and have the wrong person (my info doesn't match at all!) They refuse to give the company name and will just call themselves CCR. After I nagged the woman, she said the name was Check and Credit Recovery. I can't find such a name on the internet. I found that someone else online had posted complaints about the same phone number, 866-590-0904. They said it also came up as 716-332-1851, so I called that number and asked to speak to someone. Lo and behold -- it was the same lady that I had called at 866-590-0904. She was pissed that I kept calling and asking about their company and claimed that I was harrassing her!! HA!!!! She said if I didn't quit calling them, they'd start calling me "every damn day."

collection agency - refuse to identify themselves by any name other than CCR. Won't even explain what CCR stands for. I've told them repeatedly that they have the wrong phone number for the person they are trying to contact.

very rude people always hanging up on u when ask to speak to a supervisor always thearting wether people owe money or not the way they go about conducting business is very unprofessional. they also call from the # 716-332-1857. I get several calls from them and they just think they can speak to you any way they want. it needs to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got call from 866-590-090"5" who states they are check and credit recovery and if I don't call back about some case number they already have the paperwork to service and summons me and are ready to get a process server who will go to my residence or job in a county and state I haven't lived in for 10+ years!

Called from a local VOIP # 2 days ago, said to call the 866-590-0904, same message as others, threatening language if dont; call in reference to case #.... futher action would be taken. 866 busy, tried the local # call came from - message said no longer in service... Hmmmm
Hopped on & checked annualcreditreport.com - no negative entries on my once a yeart free copy of the reports.
They called again today, this time called ID showed the 866 #, asked if law eforcement had been out to serve me yet (no), asked what it was in reference to, gal asked if the last 4 of my social was 4383 (no), then she said "Well, if 4383 REALLY isn't the last 4 of your number, you'd better have your ID ready when they come" & then hung up.

Same here. Whoever's doing this needs to get some jail time.

And to make it better, the name isn't even right.
