truee green calling for lawn service only

Truegreen has gotten smart and removed their name from caller ID but they still won't leave a message.

It was Tru Green calling to let me know that my service is scheduled for tomorrow

It is TruGreen calling ahead to let you know that they are coming out.   It is one of the few pre-recorded messages that I appreciate getting.

Tru Greens "National phone bank number" NOT your local area Dealer #.  And where dealer is quite good-these others don't have a clue what is happening, being done
, nor will they give you your local dealers # to speak directly with.  Dealer service is quite good but the 866#'s people are quite useless.

Tru-Green tree and shrub service calling to let me know they are coming to treat my yard.   My local dealer comes out to do treatment.

TruGreen calls to let you know they're coming out for a service call. HOWEVER - they block caller ID so unless you program the number you don't know who's calling.  Annoying as hell. WHY would a commercial enterprise block their own ID to their own customers?  IDIOCY. Pure and simple.

this is Tru Green lawn service.  We used them in 2011. cancelled when we were done with the service that year. Today we received an automated message that our "scheduled" pest control service was tomorrow.  I immediately called to correct their records.  They told me it was an automatic renewal....then transferred me to another person in corporate ?????? He told me that we ordered it last year, which as I found out was a lie.  We last used them in April of 2011.  I know they showed up at our house last year un-requested, and we told them to take us off their records.  What kind of scam is this?

Tru Green. That makes six separate numbers they try to call me from. I don't answer any of them. Persistent a- holes

Stop toll-free number phone calls.

If this is TruGreen, why does it come up "800 Service"? We use TruGreen. Don't know why they would not leave a message. I blocked the number, but I may unblock it just to see if they call back again.

I got their service but called them back gave em hell for not using a proper Caller ID, told em I do not answer my phone unless they are identified  as to who they are.

DO NOT CALL

They called me today and would not talk.  I guess they are deaf and couldn't hear me say "hello" about six thousand times.

TruGreen giving courtesy call about tomorrow's appointment.  Appreciate the call, but I had to search it here to know who it was before picking up.  When it's a call people actually WANT, maybe then is a good time to stick the name on the caller id.

True Green to advise abut lawn service schedule.

This number calls 4 to 5 times a day . I do not answere but they never leave a message...

Trudy (from TruGreen) always leaves me a message

I'm sorry but the things that I have to say about those guys are non friendly, When They come to my house, They ring the bell like dumbass, Sorry but I have no clue to tell How to start the job as they ask for, Always come to my house mad.

It is Tru-Green calling to remind me of my scheduled lawn service the next day;  that I don't have to be home but to make sure they have access to my property.  They always call only once and always leave a message.  That doesn't mean others have not had problems with them.  I'm just reporting my experience.
