    The man said that he was calling from BofA card services. I believe this is their collections department. I'm not sure because he declined to tell me after he found out I wasn't the person he was looking for.

    He siaid he was calling from BOA.  I called the number back and the lady said it was cards services. I asked which one? she said FIFA.  I asked what was that?  She refused to say unless I gave her my date of birth.  If  this is BOA why did she not say so?  What is FIFA?
