This is the number to call back a service called Total Divorce. Total Divorce is a call center that responds to people after they've filled out online requests to speak with a divorce attorney. According to the zip code of that person, they're referred to a local family law firm.

They received my number along with another person's name, and were happy to remove my number from their call list once I called in to let them know it was the wrong information. Of course, that was after four calls from them, but apparently their contract with the attorneys states they must make five attempts to get ahold of somebody once contact has been requested.
