    I got text spam from 702-576-7871 then a call from 866-611-1735 with no message left.

    A woman named Lauren called and said she had received information (from my cell phone?) that I may need "Tax Relief". I explained that I had NEVER requested anything like that and I was also on the "do not call" list and did not accept solicitation calls.  Before I could finish my sentence she had hung up the phone.
