i received the same phone call AGAIN !!! lucky me !!! I also have the same ref number as everyone else!!!

Same as other posters...multiple calls, same reference #...total scammer...student loans do not call from Dept. Of Ed...they email you to go to your portal and see correspondence...don't answer and don't  respond...!!!

Several calls from the same Deborah Hall, same reference number. From a pinged different number each time she calls, leaving the same call back number as everyone else.

Same woman and reference number as everyone else here.  I have received 3 in the past week; this time the spoofed number was 1-731-501-8150 (Bells, TN), told me to call her back at 866-611-9889.

call from 541-777-8188, voicemail from Deborah Hall regarding repayment of my student loan. Asked to call back to 866-611-9889 with reference #50577.  When I asked for more info about their organization they hung up.
Someone needs to investigate this scam probably targeting older folks like me.

Voice message 2 times saying we were to call about student loans. Callback number was 8666119889 and reference number was 50577 and Deb Hall was contact person.

Same story. Same reference number. Asked to call ‭(866) 611-9889‬ to schedule repayments of nonexistent student loans.

Same here. Got that went straight to voicemail. A "Deborah Hall" left the same call back number and reference number. How silly.

Man, this chick must get tired of repeating herself all day long on peoples voice mails!  Same message here, from out of Oregon.  Same case number everyone else is reporting.  Noted she didn’t mention the name of her company so that was my first clue and googled the number.

Deborah Hall, Student loan scam (I don't have one of course) 866-611-9889.

Received a message from “Deborah Hall” stating she needs to talk with me to discuss recent repayment options that have taken place.
The reference number I was given was
50577 ( exactly the same as I see that was given to others)  With that being said, obviously it’s not a true case number for me , (or anyone) but when she asked me for it , she sure used a convincing manner ,  stating back , “ okay, here it is, I see we that we had reached out to you.”
The phone number that I received the call from was : 866-611-9889

Received a voicemail from Deborah Hall from on 3/5/2019 with same message about federal student loans, call back number 866-611-9889 and reference number 50577.  Definately a scam.
