    No- This is a large & ongoing scam by foreign tech companies. They want you to phone them so they can charge you hundreds of $$$ to fix. . . nothing. Because there is nothing wrong. It's a popup ad known as 'scareware'. However! Please disconnect from the internet. Reboot your computer & run your antivirus software. Please DO NOT turn over control of your computer to anyone but yourself, or the local repair shop.
