- Info on number| 4 repliesThe number is a unmanned telephone calling service that Rogers implemented for telemarketing. They have it programmed to dial it's customers and when it successfully connects to a customer it's supposed to then connect to one of their reps who will then try and sell your or convince you to upgrade your services!! if you ignore it, it won't go away, as soon as it finally connects you both, which takes quite a few tries sometimes, and you tell them you're not interested, it will take your number off the service for three or four months and then it will recycle your number.

- DaveI'm sick and f*ckin' tired of these calls with no one at the other end. If they want to call and talk to me there better be someone at the other end or I'm hanging up. I'm going to call Rogers right now to tell them exactly what I think.
- James| 3 repliesI've been called by this number 5 times on my cell in the past 2 days, never anyone at the other end. If I don't answer, they leave a message of silence on my voicemail. Thus, no matter what I do, I'm being charged minutes on my cellphone. When I call them back, it says they're Teleperformance calling on behalf of Rogers, and to leave a detailed message to be removed from the list. But, of course, their mailbox is full and I can't. I've called Rogers customer service a few times, they know nothing and don't seem to care, endlessly transferring me to other people who have no clue.
No matter what this is, Rogers should be f'ing doing something about this. Either a) they've hired this company, or b) it's a scam and they should be concerned that this company is pretending to be them.

I only have Rogers Phone and they have on record my cell number because I was having problems with my phone installation and they needed a contact number.
I am wondering if anyone else had any "altercations" with Rogers Customer Service? i.e. Is Customer Service doing this on purpose - Janicei just received that call 5 mins ago,but i didn't pick it up
