I continue to get calls from this collection agency even after explaing to them I was not the Hispanic male they were looking for who apparently gave my telephone number to a hospital some 35 miles away a couple of years ago.  I first got several calls from the hospital and explained to them I was not Hispanic, I have lived in ths house and had the same number for 28 years.  The hospital assured me they would take care of the situation.  Apparently they did so by turning it over to a collection agency.  Two years later I'm still getting harassing monthly calls even after speaking to one of their representatives who assured me I would no longer get them.  Now I have no idea if this representative was a trainee and was yet shown how to hit the delete button on her computer or it's company policy to harass anyone who happens to have someone provide a hospital with incorrect or false information.  Apparently my next call will be to the NC Attorney General's office.
