I received 2 phone calls from them within an hour's time. It's a recording that states they are from Microsoft and suspicious emails and viruses are being sent from the household computers. They want us to call the number, I think that they called from. If that's the case, they could have talked to us when they called themselves. I did go to the Microsoft website and sent an email about it. Who knows what will happen.

Claims they are from micro soft with a computer virus.  Recording has an Aistrailian Accent. Just don't call them back. Big scam. They don't answer but call you back with what sounds like Chinese people begging to get into your computer. Lol. crazy

They are continually calling me from this number stating they are with microsoft tech support, which we all know they do not call you.  10 minutes ago and 3 times on 8/31/16

3 days in a row! We not call back! TEy got my 84 year old mother..... Not me! Shame on them

This is a scam.... BEWARE.  put tracking software and access to all your info...

Calls are daily in the past week.  Recorded message about a computer virus infecting emails.  Scam...

Received a call and voicemail that it was from Microsoft and that my computer has been sending viruses and that I need to call them to fix the situation.  NOT going to happen.

5 calls in less than 24 hours.... I'm over it!  A scam, Just stop it!

Same here.  Supposedly Microsoft calling about viruses being sent from my computer.  They called at least 4 times, most recently yesterday and today.  They even left a message today.  I'm not calling back, but I'd like to get this to stop.

they call from "micro soft" (lmao)   leave a msg. with an australian accent (still laughing) .....  so i block my number and call.....      they answer  "hello"    really   just hello???    so i say i am concerned about my pc and the reply  (sound of papers shuffling in backround as she clears her throat)  ah yes (indian accent)  your computer is sending bad messages to other users and this is why we call..  so i ask which computer? i have many   she replies  i don't know    really  how do you not know??  she says  sir  we only know that your computer ip is sending this info.  so i asked what is my ip address??  she gives me an internal ip address of 192.168.1.4   im in tears by now trying not to laugh!!   my ips do not start with 192 so i ask how she knows witch of the 8 pc is the one being bad she say she needs access to one of them to be able to give more info            These people are Scams  not very good ones,  so anyone that gets the itch, call and have fun, give them a taste of how it feels to waste time, give them fake info and have a good laugh

Kept one on the phone for over an hour yesterday. It was hilarious. Just kept telling them that my computer wouldn't
boot and then would put them on hold again and again. Loved the panic in his voice after spending an hour on the phone
when I told him I had another phone call and would have to call back. Won't do any good but I got a chuckle out of it

Had a message on my home phone so called back on my corporate cell phone and asked what my ip address was and they told me.  When I asked how they knew this I was told based on my phone number.  Needless to say I assumed it was a scam but I was entertained for at least 30 minutes going back on forth with these idiots.

I received several calls from this number they said they were with Microsoft and they need to fix my computer wanted access and send them 300 dollars. I told them I do not have a computer anymore

call leaves voice mail stating they are from Microsoft and there is something wrong with my computer.
