Got a call just like everyone else. Stating about a repossession that happened like 14 years ago, said that I needed to pay 2500 or go to court and pay 6k and than if lost me case pay 13k. I told them who it was from and did want to give information only that until I would go to court where there they would give me all the information. I was like so how do I defend myself. I said never got an letter nor anything in all these years, his name is Jerid and these women whom left me the message didn't even say from which law office just reference # and phone number when I called the first time it didn't even say law office an answering machine answer and said leave your message for mailbox such number that's not what a law office does it's professional with saying this is the law office of such name, not leave a message in the mailbox. What should I do?
