I am a long time TIME WARNER customer and I just ordered TV cable with them. But I don't understand why they did not take me off their sell list? I use a prepaid cell phone and I don't apreciate that they still keep calling me.

I don't like being called by this number for no reason. Using my cell phone minutes is not right. why can't this number be stopped and the person arrested.

I called these folks back and the automated service said that this was Earthlink powered by Time Warner Cable.

I called and had them take my cell phone of off of my acct recently because of calls.  It has worked so far.  I also blocked them using a service my carrier provides. You should check to see if your carrier provides this services.  If you are using an android phone you can probably block them on your phone!!!
