Received a phone call stating I need 2 forms of ID and a witness for me to sign documents. Said they were coming to my job and contacting my family members.

i got a message like this before its collections for a bill.

So the post office called you about a bill and claimed you were going to be served?

I got the same call man freaking scammers

I just got the same type call, but from 1111111111 and a guy named frank with a southern accent left the same message and a robot left this number and a reference number, cant find the company based on the phone number

Received a threatening phone call saying I needed two forms of ID for delivered documents. I’m in the hospital so good luck. Stop threatening me . Said they are going to contact my family and employer. I’m retired and am the only living family member I have. Good luck again

I am on the Federal No Call list.  It is illegal for these [***] to call my number.  It did not stop them.

Based on the previous posts here, this caller is either:
1) A bottom feeding debt collector (probably chasing after very old debts) or,
2) A scammer trying to do a "Process Server" scam.
In case #1, the call would be legal since debt collectors are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry rules.
In case #2, you are right, the call is illegal, but do you think that criminals who are going to break a number of laws trying to scam money from you are going to let the breaking one more law stop them?
The only businesses that observe the Do Not Call lists are the legitimate telemarketers, which makes a good reason to ignore the calls from numbers that you do not know.

Got this same recorded text from the all 111111s number. No identifiable information, just a random recording. No idea what it’s for but I don’t have any outstanding debts. Just a scammer.

i dont owe anyone money i have no debt and when i try to look up tgis company and number it doesnt seem to exist its got to be a scam please be safe never give anyone your personal info that is how tge scammers gain power they try to scare you into giving them your info even the irs doesnt do that. So please stay smart and safe never give your personal info to anybody

Literally just got this call from a 1111111 number. Was very skeptical but then they started talking about showing up at my job etc so I had to do a lil research. Glad im not the only one that have experienced this. Now i know its a scam.

Got the same messag:  going to the workplace;  if you are not there, will talk to your supervisor to find out what shift you are working.  If they can't find you at home, will talk to your friends and neighbors to locate you.  If that fails and you don't call this number it will be grave consequences!!  These morons don't quit.  Don't give them the satisfaction of calling them back unless you just want to have some fun with them!
