When calling in refer to file number XXXXXXXX. If there's no been try (?) to call within the best they can to address and place of employment forms will be issued. Once again the message is intended for XX."

Number saying they wanted to serve my parents papers, but they called me instead. This is a scam. Process servers do not call in advance. I did call back, though, just to be sure. I found no other information on this number online.

The call was answered without the "rep" saying either the company name or her name: major red flag. I asked for the name of the company or firm and she answered "What do you mean?" I repeated and she gave an intelligible name that seemed to be OLN Associated, which is a law firm in Hong Kong (another red flag). She asked me to get my parents to call the number and I said I wasn't comfortable doing that. She then get angry and hung up. I called again to make sure I got the name right and she claimed I was "harassing" her (red flag #3. Also, the irony!)

This is a scam that probably goes my multiple numbers. I repeat: Process servers do not call you in advance. Ignore and get your phone to block Unknown numbers if you can.

Calling my aunts phone non stop claiming to serve me with papers.

My aunt received this call, to which they were after me. They called her business and person cell phone. So I’m not sure how they’re obtaining this information. I have never used to her for reference or emergency contact.
