Keeps leaving voicemail messages, saying that there are documents being issued at their office, and if I dont call this number by the end of the business day (1st message was last week), my address and place of employment will be deemed verifiable and documents will be issued directly. When I called back, I was asked for the last four digits of my ss#. When I asked questions, rather than give my info, he got annoyed and hung up.

I got a voicemail from this number today saying the exact same thing and multiple family members got calls asking for me apparently but when I called it went straight to voicemail saying its after hours. What's this about?? Is it a scam?

Pretty sure it's a scam. Last voicemail was on January 13th and they knew my full name and address. If they wanted to serve me documents, they would've done so by now, given what they already know.

That's what I thought too. And they knew my full name and address as well. Not sure how they got other family members numbers. That's pretty creepy.

Yes, it's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

That is creepy. Fortunately, that hasn't happened with me. Be safe, and if you decide to call back, don't give them a single shred of personal info. I think that's their ultimate goal when getting you to call them.

No, "their ultimate goal" is to get you to give them money.

Apparently one of my family membera who answered their phone talked to someone but the same exact recording that was left as a voicemail on my phone was also left on a family members voicemail. Kinda creepy but also very annoying if this is a scam.

    ...if this is a scam
There is no doubt its a scam, at least based on the discussion going on. If there are any doubts to whether or not it is, simply ask them to send you proof of the debt in writing through the US Mail and a scammer will not do that because it is a federal offense to use the federal mailing system to facilitate any criminal activities. They will surely be caught if they did.

They called family members and left messages. I called them back and they  wanted the last four digits of my social and tried to get me credit card number or debit card. When I asked them to send send me something they refused. When they realized I wasn't giving up any info they got mad and hung up. Definitely a scam.

It's a scam. If it was not a scam, the CallerID would not have shown 000-000-0000. It would have shown a valid business name & number.

This is a scam. They can't give you their business address, they don't have a website, and have no known business registered in California known as "OLC ASSOCIATES"
I called a few times for a friend. One person got defensive when I asked who she was and where she was from... she was like, "where are you from?!?" She hung up. I called back again, the guy couldn't give an address. Wouldn't disclose any company information until I gave them a reference number. When I asked how they got my phone number, he stuttered and said that the private investigator used a phone records system to try to find my friend and got my number because i texted him.... When i asked if they had his number, then why haven't they called him and then he hung up.

I reported this to the FBI. This is a major scam trying to get friends and family members to be scared for their friend. They just want personal information. I suggest anyone else reports this as well.
