The ERC credits are legit and a business that qualifies may indeed be qualified to receive $10s of thousands of dollars in credits per employee retained during the pandemic.  However, I'm 99.9% sure that this is a scam call that ultimately would expect to take a cut that they don't deserve.  If you own a business and received this call, google "employee retention credits" to see if they apply to you.  tl;dr: legit opportunity; scammy way of making it happen.

100% agree.  Though worth pointing out that ERC credits are legit, some business that qualify don't know about them...... however, you DO NOT need "Barbara Wilson" to help with this.  Any legit tax advisor can help determine if you qualify and amend the 941s if appropriate.
