Just a random call from a company I've never heard of. They knew my first and last name and said to call back. That was it. The person leaving the message's name sounded like "Boy" or "Buoy"

I forgot to mention in my last report that when I called the number on the caller ID and the number "Boy" or "Buoy" left as a call back number, it was a fax machine. So, I couldn't even call back to find out what their phone call was about! I put "Collection Agency" as the caller company because the tone of voice and things I've read on the internet suggest that must be what kind of company they are. The only thing in the message was my name, the caller's name, the company name RPM, and their alleged call-back number.
