They called me and said they represented someone in a civil lawduit against me. When i told them i was re ording the call theyasked me to hild then hung up. I called back someone else answered and said it was because they had to get set up to re ird the call also and would call back. No one has called back. I believe they are scamming.

They only say they’re the civil litigation office and won’t state for what company and need names and phone numbers. Reach out to your county clerks people this is clearly a not a legitimate number.

Calling pretending to be a litigation company and def a scam! Seriously these people are awful trying to scam individuals so close to the holidays

Female voicemail calling in regards to my wife. Gave a file number and a toll free number to call back. If my wife would not be at home or her place of enjoyment to sign for the documents they will have to move forward without her approval.
The start of the call blurred out in spots and the volume rose after the initial into. Definitely a scam.

Said they are an issuing office. Had all my financial numbers  social security #   Told me I had to sign for delivery of documents or they will proceed without me signing.

Indicated that she’s calling on behalf of a complaint that’s being filed in “Suffolk” county which is where I live. (She did not pronounce it correctly.) Gave the above number and told me if I didn’t call back they’d be forced to move forward without my consent.
