Someone from this number is harrassing my sister, stating that they are trying to locate me regarding a claim being filed against me?

Same bottom feeders that always call, scam, told them to remove my number or I would call police.  Funny, I have given several of these people my lawyer's number, and in fact I always ask them to send something in writing so my lawyer can review before I pay - and I REALLY have a lawyer that will do this - but they never want to send that.  If you are a debt collector, and you want to get paid, you will send something in writing.  Should not have to change my phone number to keep these people from calling!

Treavor London and John Thompson with BWC Group say I got a payday loan from castle payday, on jan 21, 2015.  He gave me a bank acct number and verified my information.  I told him I would contact the bank.  My Bank doesn't even have that bank account number so I know it is a fake and all he wants is money today.  Told him to go ahead with the proceedings and take me to court, if he sees fit.  This is a scam.
