I received a call from this number several months ago claiming to be from a group call apex capital.  The contact person is Tyson Harvey.  I set up payment arrangements bc everything they said was legit ie.. I owe capital 1 from a credit card I had back in 2003. He used my maiden name until I told him I was married,  HE said my married last name. While making the monthly payments,  I had no problem with the #, "Taylor " would email me a receipt up until 4 mnths ago. I have my bank statement from when they took the money out so I really wasn't too worried about that. 2 mnths ago,  I called in to change the payment arrangements and I found it strange bc the file # I've been given in the beginning was valid up until then. I spoke to someone named "shannon Myers" and she said she would be the contact person for the last 2 payments. Now after paying them, the # isn't valid.  I'm pissed!!!  I've read other complaints about Apex capital in the past 2 days but with a different #.
