Returned court summons on 12 yr old debt?

This number called my brothers phone looking for me. They said they had paperwork that was delivered to me, but was returned because I no longer lived at the address that they had.

Got a call from this number saying they are a server processor and I am being sued for a 16 year old debt. I asked what law firm they where calling from and nothing. I googled it and all signs point to it being a scam.

Yeah alright I got a call saying that I had a 12 year old us bank account that was closed and still owed money to and that they were taking me to court and if I wanted to settle I could settle for like $1,000 and so they sent me a email for me to e-sign with my bank account information so they could withdraw the money out of my account just a heads up to all those out there I'm finding out it's a scam

Calls EVERYDAY,  never leave a message,  I don't answer, who are these phony folks.
