Called 3 times from a private number then left a message demanding me to call back. Said something about court documents that they tried to serve me with but was returned. I called the 866 number back and no company name when they answered and I
Asked them what it was in reference too and she put me on hold. Scam I think

i just got that message too. Strange. Did they give you a "case number" and did they use your middle name???

I got the same call.  Calling on behalf of some process server, and that they have documents that are undeliverable.  My wife works for a law firm; she says it's a scam, and that many others are receiving the same call.

Yes they gave me a case number but wouldn’t say what company she was from that’s why I think it’s a scam.

I received a call also.  Stating they were from LDS. And they needed an address as they were trying to serve me papers from a lady named Olivia Chambers.  I don't know anyone by that name.  They asked me for a run # when I said I didn't have one and that they kept calling our office I was put on hold and no one came on the line.

I just got the same call as well! She said to call the 866 number, ask for Rick Sanchez and gave me a case number. She said I was subpoenaed for court but it was sent to the wrong address and was mailed back. Seems really sketchy!

I received a call from this number… Explaining me that they had  to serve me some documents that they tried to serve me before but it was returned wrong address and it was for a bank that was trying to collect $2000 for me .... glad I came to this website… I do believe it’s a scam

This number left messages on my cell and at my home on a land line--which is attached to my physical address. They said they were with Lee Process Servers and that a court document had been returned and was undeliverable. The local looking number they left to call does not work. When I called the 866 number, they refused to give me their business name. They were very rude and stated that they have a lawsuit against me for #9500, for a fraudulent check? From 2004. Then they mentioned an old checking account in 2004. They didn't disclose which bank or really any institution. The man I spoke with was very condescending and said they would garnish my wages, which is interesting since they can't even find my address.

I Just got the same call... but this one was weird.... they said the call was for my mom.... they didn't say that but they did say her first name middle initial and last name. They stated that she just got a complaint in her office... and if she has any questions or concerns about the pending actions that are being filed against her to give the legal filling party immediately at 866-629-7059 with a file number.... then she said they require immediate attention.... the woman's name was Denise King (i don't mind people calling me with this bull-crap, but they don't need to test me when it comes to my mom) so i tried calling the number back at a woman answered saying TMI with her name!!! pretty weird they didn't even tell me where they were calling from.

same thing - called saying I had a court document that couldn't be delivered. Ryan on behalf of County Document Legal Service called and said I needed to speak with Darlene  Peterson at the Attorney office. They transfered me to Christopher Baez at Lenden Clark and Associates and he said I owed $33k on a credit card opened in 2002.
