They left a message and it basically said it was an attempt to avoid appearances before the magistrate/judge or exempt federal criminal offenses etc etc and then they wanted you push a button to speak to an officer.

I just received the same message and didn't do anything

This came up as potential spam by my provider. It was a robotic voice telling me there was fraud against my Social Security number and they were going to prosecute unless I pressed 1 and spoke to someone to dispute the issue.

Received a robotic call as well. Very hard to hear. Could only make out a few words ever sentence. I put it all together based on what I read here from others that received the same call. Unsure whether or not it's real or not but am inclined to believe it is a scam based on the fact that it was not legible.

I also received a robotic call with the message that said something about a criminal offense and to avoid appearing in a Federal Claims court I should press 1 to speak to an officer.  Suspecting this was a scam and to see how far it would go I did press 1 and was connected to a Nathan Benson.  When he asked for my name and SS # my thoughts were that if this was legitimate he should have that information to hand.  I said " I don't think so" and I hung up.  About an hour later they tried to call again, but I recognized the number and didn't answer.  They left a voice mail and I have saved that recorded message.  Going to call the SS fraud division to report this.

I've received three different calls from three different numbers (including this one) claiming to be from social security and that I'm going to be turned over to the federal authorities to be arrested.  I'm not on social security and pay my taxes so I'm not so sure what they think I'm going to be arrested for.

Half the message was cut off, but I did catch the words arrested. It was a robotic caller  My cellphone provider flagged it as potential spam

They called and left a robotic message saying “treasury against your social security number ignoring this would be an intentional or attempt to avoid initial appearance before the magistrate judge and exempt jury for a federal criminal offense so before this matter goes to the federal claims court for you get arrested kindly press on to speak to an officer now...”  it’s a scam. they’re trying to get you SSN by making you think you’re  in trouble w the gov.

I also got the same message. 1st 2 times calling I attempted to answer but no response. Then let it go to vm & received same msg. Also got a text saying same thing

I’ve gotten 5 calls from that number today with that same message 3 times.
