I don't know who is using this number, when I called it all they said was "Atlantic". I didn't actually get a call from this number, a man named Brad Houston calling from 804-214-7910 left a message on my answering machine. He addressed me by name and said that he had my number and address as the emergency contact for someone I have never heard of and that I should have this person call the legal department at 866-635-5385 today because his case was being filed with the court in Roanoke, Va. I have no idea who this person is or why my information would be his emergency contact so I called 866-635-5385 and told them all of this and they said they would send an email to the court and also put it in his case file to not call my number again. They couldn't satisfactorily explain to me who Brad Houston was, just that the court sometimes hands these things over to compliance officers. I tried calling the number that Brad Houston originally called me from and it rang about 20 times with no answer.
