This is credit card fraud. They will call and leave automated messages to call them back regarding urgent information about your cit card account. They have picked up at the SAME call back number as "customer relations," "loss prevention" and "customer service." The first thing they ask you for is your credit card number. Do not give them ANY INFORMATION. This is NOT citi cards.

Agreed.  Just got the same call.  Its BS.  I saw this post so I called back and the first thing they asked was for my account info.  they didnt even ask for my name.

Same situation, the first call was automated. I called the number back and the live person asked for the acct#, and when I told her I didn't have an account she asked for my ss#. I didn't give it to her then and I told her I was concerned about identity theft, she suggested to go online and compare the customer service numbers. I did and they are different then I found this listing warning against fraud.

I had 4 calls from them within 2 hours. I called back and they first thing asked my name. I asked who I was speaking with and the company. The man was very hestiant to give me any of that. When he finally did he said it was about ethier my AT&T or Citi Credit Card. I do not have ANY Credit Cards so that meant that this was a setup. They were very rude and wanted all my information to "look me up" I told them I wasn't going to give them anything and was going to report them if they kept calling.
