This is a bill collector from a company named Pinnacle Financial. They are bottom feeder collection agency that collects on zombie debts.

I have gotten a call every morning at 830am from a Dave Smith telling me I need to call to handle a personal matter. What is this place!!!!!!!! I am getting very frustrated!!!!

Pre-recorded message. Do not take calls received if I do not know who they are from. This is annoying. Called at 8:45pm, and woke me up. I would like this to stop.

I received a call from and they asked for me, but used my former married name that i have not used in YEARS since i went back to my maiden name after the divorce. this is the first call in over 7 years that someone has asked for me by that name! must be something fishy.

collection agencies cannot do anything but call and tell lies. don't let them scare you. They can't do sh*t or they would, and not waste time calling all day long.
