Just called...said they had a lien on our home from a credit card debt from 2003.  Scammer

Completely fraud they said i have court and i call to the courthouse and it was a lie

I just heard a message from this number saying they couldn't deliver some documents to appear in court and gave me a case number which I couldnt find the court website.  Nor I can find any court case under my name

It's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Law firm under Anthony Morgan. Gave me a case file and a summons. Stating that X amount was owed. When I pressed for further information they hung up twice. When I dial back the number is no longer working. I dialed from my work phone and same deal.

Received a call from a blocked number. voicemail was left saying they couldn't deliver some documents to appear in court and gave me a case number and this 866 number to call back.  They also said that if I didn't call the number back that someone would come to my job.
I didn't call the number back. No one came to my job
